Werner Herzog, a Hollywood director who has to his credit movies like “Grizzly Man,” and had a bit part in “Jack Reacher”, produced a new documentary that we recommend everyone view. The documentary, called “From One Second to the Next,” explores the consequences of texting while driving, which the film says leads to 100,000 or more accidents a year. In our view, there is simply no text message that is so important that a driver must take their eyes of the road and hands off the wheel to read and respond. The film puts faces to the statistics of those who are injured in text message-related car accidents. It can be viewed here (with permission):
