Jennifer Levy, Esq

Jenni graduated from Stern College Magna Cum Laude with B.A. She was a Rennert Scholar, receiving a merit-based scholarship to college and in the honor’s program, and was on the Dean’s List every semester. She graduated in two years.

She received an M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University in Gifted Education, where she was invited to be in the Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society for her near-perfect grade point average.

She received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was awarded the R. Murray Public Service Award for her work on behalf of the community.

In addition to being admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, Jenni holds certifications as a teacher, supervisor, and principal. Jenni was in education for fifteen years, first as a teacher and later as an administrator in K-12 schools.

Moreover, Jenni holds an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University. She has 50+ credits from Columbia University and Bernard Revel Graduate School toward a Ph. D. focusing on the History of American Immigrant Housing in the late 19th Century (mostly plumbing). She was again invited to be in the Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society for her stellar academic performance. Funded by the non-profit organization Avi Chai, Jenni has attended the Art of Leadership training at Harvard University. She is well versed in current issues in educational law.

Besides representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, Jenni works in the firm’s Family, Employment, and Education Law practice areas.

In addition to her legal practice, Jenni has given lectures and training through her company, Bulldog Educational Services, and Training, LLC. There, she has provided support to schools and families in various education-related areas, including diagnostic screening, SAT/ACT Tutoring, differentiation and inclusion, and Wilson and Orton-Gillingham tutoring. She is a passionate advocate for children and their families.

Jenni lives in Teaneck with her husband and three children. She enjoys gardening, skiing, shopping, and reading.
