Christopher Rivera, Esq. was born and raised in New York City. Chris received his B.S. from Marist College in 2010 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2015.
While in law school, Chris was highly involved as a student advocate in the Seton Hall Civil Rights and Constitutional Law Clinic, where he represented clients in a federal class action lawsuit against the State of New Jersey. Also, Chris served as a law clerk for several law firms focusing on civil litigation matters, including: contract disputes, wrongful death, automobile accidents and medical malpractice.
Upon completion of law school, Chris served as a law clerk to the Honorable James P. Wilson, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County Vicinage.
Chris is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the Passaic County Bar Association (PCBA), American Association of Justice (AAJ) and the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey (HBA-NJ).
Currently, Chris lives in New Milford, New Jersey and enjoys watching/playing sports, traveling and spending time with his family and friends. Chris is also fluent in Spanish.
